About Susan Hart

After years in conventional medicine, I started asking a different question.
What if we prevented the disease instead of managing it?

I spent years practicing conventional medicine, treating symptoms as they appeared, one prescription at a time. Along the way, I saw the same pattern over and over: patients told their labs were “fine,” sent home, and left to wait for something to go wrong.

That’s not health care. That’s decline management.

What I Believe

Medications are not the answer. They’re a window of opportunity: a chance to make real change while your body has the support it needs. What you do with that window is everything.

I believe in root-cause care over symptom management. In education over prescription. In treating you as an individual, not a diagnosis.

This isn’t about extending your lifespan alone. It’s about extending your healthspan, the years you actually feel strong, clear, and capable.
